The 2026 Feefo Trusted Service Awards have been announced, and we are over the moon to have been recognised for the ‘Exceptional Service Award’. Only 32 businesses across the UK achieve this award, which sits one notch higher than the ‘Platinum’ award that we achieved the previous two years.
It’s not lost on us that we get to work with an amazing network of people, businesses and suppliers that really get us and our core values. Without that, it would be impossible for us to deliver this kind of customer service.
In Feefo’s words, this is “the pinnacle of recognition”, but we’d like to pass that recognition straight onto our network and everyone who not only took the time to leave a 5-star review, but to also bring it to life with a message or sometimes even outright poetry.
